350g Lamb + 500g Rice + Hot Sauce + Vegetables Preparation Method: This dish consists of 500g of fresh lamb marinated with spices including cumin, Yemeni pepper, and cardamom pods. It is then wrapped in aluminum foil and placed in a zarb (traditional oven) for 3 hours. It is served with steamed white rice.
